Registering for a Tournament is as Easy as
1,2,3
In August 2010, Texas Tournament Baseball revamped our website to
include several features that coaches were asking for - primarily 1
LOGIN for MULTIPLE TEAMS.
In the world of logins and passwords, coaches with multiple teams
had to create different user accounts for each team. Well,
we've changed that.
In order to accomplish this, we had to re-focus the data
structure onto the "coach"
and not the "team." Therefore, our new database's primary key
is the "head coach". By do this, each "head coach" can "add"
as many teams as he wants to his profile, thus managing all of his
TTB tournaments from one single login.
Registering for a tournament for the first time:
- Create a Coach's Profile - click on the
"Coach Sign Up" button on the top right hand side
of the front page. You will be taken to a simple form
asking basic contact information. Once you have
completed the form for the first time, you will NOT have to do
this again.

- Once your account has been created, the system will ask you
to
"log in". Once you are
logged in, you will be taken to your individualized coach's
page.

- Add A Team - click on the
first listed selection under the
"MY
TEAM" header. This link says
"Add
a Team". You will be taken to a
"Team Profile" form in which we ask
for information about the individual "team". Again, you will only
have to do this once for each team you are registering.

- To REGISTER/JOIN a tournament
- simply click on
"Upcoming Tournaments" under the
"TOURNAMENT" header. Simple
follow the prompts. If you pay via CC on PayPal during
this initial signup process, your registration will immediately
appear on the Who's Coming page as
"confirmed". In you choose the Pay Later feature,
we will have to "approve" your registration. Once
"approved" you will be listed as "Unconfirmed"
on the Whos' Coming page until (1)
payment is received or (2) payment arrangements are made.
